Yet, not all are welcome equally. On a daily basis, immigrant rights — and immigration itself — are threatened. These assaults on one of America’s most vulnerable populations degrade life for every one of us; a land of opportunity that exists for only a select few is not a land of opportunity at all.

So, we’re taking action: providing thousands of free Lyft rides to dozens of immigration groups. With them, we’ll help families across America get access to the vital immigration services they need and deserve.

This is both patriotic and personal, as a vast number of Lyft drivers identify as immigrants or first-generation Americans. To reveal the unique hardships they face today and champion their contributions to our nation’s communities, we’ve created a series of films.
